Utility Network Case Study for EVMWD

Esri has recently released a Case Study featuring one of DCSE’s clients Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD). Partnering with DCSE, EVMWD decided to perform a pilot study of ArcGIS Utility Network for its sewer system:
